Description: Relocation of B.M.D. Molding Machine, 250 ton per hour, sand preparation plant, cooling line and pouring unit.
Contract: Complete system design - construct contract with equipment specification and procurement
Schedule: 5 months to start-up.

Summary: Disassembly and shipment of the foundry was completed in three months. During demolition, foundations were formed and poured at the new foundry site in Anniston, Alabama. Equipment erection and electrical installation was accomplished in nine weeks; entitling EC&S to collect the schedule performance bonus. Innovative manpower scheduling and work shift organization enables EC&S to successfully perform to the most aggressive schedules.
