EC&S offers a wide variety of sheet and panel equipment to meet the needs of high-production users. Products range from fully automatic sheet metal ASRS systems to simple vacuum feeding machines.

Our sheet metal ASRS system combines the task of sheet metal storage with laser or press table loading. The system can handle sheets up to 60" x 120" and weighing up to 300# in 30 sec. Storage racks from 8 to 48 drawers are available.

MAINLINE FEEDER/STACKER
The Mainline can handle sheet products from 18" x 24" to 120" x 48" with minimal setup. The Mainline can operate at a 4 sec. cycle time for sheet feeding or stacking.

HSF-485
Used on wood or metal products the HSF-485 can deliver 48" x 96" sheets at the rate of 12 sheets per minute.

TITAN 1B
The TITAN 1B is a mill duty sheet feeding system for the
delivery of sheet steel
to tank forming machines.
Handling stacks up to #15,000.
It operates at 5 sheets per minute.
