Summary: This was a Turn Key Contract to engineer and install a new hot blast cupola and emission system. The following is a list of equipment and systems that were included in the project:

Main blower with automatic air weight control.
12 Million BTU after burner system with proportional control
Upper stack water spray nozzle with proportional water flow control
Dropout box including water sprays with proportional water flow control

Flue Gas Cooler and Fan with proportional control
TETS system for dust treatment of heavy metals utilizing in stream injection
Eight module baghouse guaranteed to meet MAC standards
Individual module offline cleaning
VFD on Fan for proportional control
Broken Bag Detectors
Charge vibratory feeder
Charge bucket and skip hoist
Complete integrated PLC control system with graphical operator interface and
Historical data logging
