Summary: This is a Turn Key Contract to engineer and install new cupola controls and equipment to meet U.S. MACT standards for cupola and emission-control. The following is a list of equipment and systems that were included in the project:

Main blower with automatic air weight control
After burner system with proportional control
Combustion Chamber spray nozzles with proportional water flow control
Hot blast recuperator
Flue Gas Cooler and Fan with proportional control
TETS system for dust treatment of heavy metals utilizing in stream injection
Five module baghouse guaranteed to meet MACT standards
Automatic module cleaning
VFD on Fan for proportional control
Broken Bag Detectors
Complete integrated PLC control system with graphical operator interface and
Historical data logging
