Description: Complete electrical system for a new foundry

Contract: $1.7 Million.

Schedule: Feb 96 Thru Jan 97.

Summary: EC&S supplied all necessary engineering, power distribution equipment, instrumentation, field labor and materials to construct a new foundry. The foundry included 2 coreless melting furnaces and a holding furnace. It had an automated hot metal delivery system, a Disa molding machine, a complete return sand system, a casting handling system, a prepared sand system, dust collection and a finishing department.
